Please provide your claim number, the date of your car accident, and, if available, your adjuster's name and contact information on your initial booking.

For counselling sessions, ICBC preauthorizes 12 sessions to be used in the first 12 weeks post date of accident.

​

Grow Together Counselling will directly bill ICBC on the client's behalf for the counselling session. However, because ICBC does not cover the full cost of a 50 minutes counselling session, the client will have to pay for the remainder of the cost.

For example, as of April 1, 2024, ICBC pays $147.00 for a counselling session.

• Therefore, the client pays $26.25 directly to Grow Together Counselling to cover the remaining balance.
