ICBC Information

Please provide your claim number, the date of your car accident, and, if available, your adjuster's name and contact information on your initial booking.

For counselling sessions, ICBC preauthorizes 12 sessions to be used in the first 12 weeks post date of accident.

​

As of March 01, 2025, Grow Together Counselling will NOT be able to directly bill ICBC. The client will have to pay the full fee and get reimbursed by ICBC.

 

Please note that ICBC does not cover the full cost of a 50 minutes counselling session.

For example, as of April 01, 2024, ICBC pays $147.00 for a counselling session.

• Therefore, the client pays $28.00 to cover the remaining cost.
